Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout Pakistan. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations within Pakistan.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
